These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

INFORMATION

The information presented is intended as a general guide only. Top4 may change these terms at any time by posting changes online.

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information accessed via this website we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material appearing on it. Top4, its Board, employees or associates will not accept any liability caused by any inaccuracy.

Ratings made in Monitored categories with a below average score (less than two) will be required to leave a comment. Both the Trader and Customer will be contacted in an attempt to validate the rating made.

Traders will contact Top4 within reasonable time with any changes to their information including changes to their certifications, qualifications, awards and any other relevant information deemed necessary to comply with their appropriate authorities. We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy of the information held.

Top4 will not enter into disputes between Traders and their Customers.

POLICING SYSTEM

Categories are split into two types which define how we validate ratings placed.

To ensure a greater level of accuracy the validity of Ratings in Monitored categories will be randomly checked by an official from Top4. Evidence of work undertaken may be required to confirm the validity of the Rating. Inability to provide required evidence will result in the possibility of the rating being removed and also a heightened level of policing for the Trader in question.

Non-monitored categories will not have their ratings validated as they are for goods or services that may not be presentable as evidence.

Only Ratings in Monitored categories will be entered into any prize draws we may hold.

Top4 owns all copyright, database rights and all similar rights in this site and the information contained in it both in the UK and elsewhere in the world.

Anyone accessing this site is entitled to view any part of it and to print or download extracts to a local hard disk for personal, non-commercial use. If you wish to copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public or otherwise use anything on this website, you must obtain prior written permission from Top4.

DATA PROTECTION

We take the issue of privacy and security of data very seriously. Any personal data submitted to Top4, including information you provide when rating a trader, asking for further information or for other communication purposes, will not be sold to third party suppliers for direct marketing. Top4 also complies with current data protection requirements, and will store and process information in full compliance with your rights under the Data Protection Act.

You have the right to ask Top4 for a copy of the personal data held about you and to request that Top4 corrects any inaccuracies in that information.

NO WARRANTY

This site and its content are provided 'as is' excluding warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We accept no liability for functions contained on the site and make no warranty that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free or that any defect will be corrected. We do not warrant that the site is compatible with your computer equipment or that the site or its server is free of errors, viruses, worms or bugs and we shall not be liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of such destructive features.

MISUSE

Submitting false information will not be tolerated.

Traders benefiting from fake Ratings will result in investigation and possible suspension of their account with no refunds due.

Traders found to be involved with creating a negative effect on other Traders Ratings will result in investigation and possible suspension of their account with no refunds due.

Evidence of Traders found abusing customers for comments made will result in investigation and possible suspension of their account with no refunds due.

Customers found leaving false ratings will be disqualified from any prize draws.
